Prayers needed!

Your prayers are very much needed for Archie Battersbee now. He is a twelve year old British boy with brain damage who has been unconscious since April 7th. The doctors at the hospital where he is at are going to take away his life support soon. His parents have tried to battle this decision in court but the UK supreme court refused to intervene Right now his parents are asking the UN's Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to intervene.

Being pro life is not just about stopping abortion, but also about preserving innocent lives. 

So please pray that Archie will not be denied the life support he needs and all chance of recovery. Particularly pray to St Jude, the patron saint of impossible causes!

    Update: UN's Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities has prohibited the doctors from removing life support until they can look into the case further. Keep praying!

     We all have to pray. Prayer is a very basic requirement for Christian life, and besides, we wouldn't last very long without it. But what are some ways we can pray? And how do we know which way is right for us?      Below are some different forms of prayer that are good for different purposes. They all have their strengths and weaknesses, but they can all be very effective in bringing us closer to Christ. Daily examen      This form of prayer requires five steps:       1.) Become aware of God's presence       2.) Thank God for the ways He has blessed you in since the last time you prayed       3.) Reflect on the ways that God was present in your life since the last time you prayed       4.) Ask forgiveness for all of the sins you've committed       5.) Taking a 'How Catholic are you actually" quiz...

 Hello everyone! So today I'm doing something a bit different and more fun after all the serious content. So I'm going to be taking a 'How Catholic are you' quiz from BuzzFeed, which will be interesting to say the least since I'm not too sure how nuanced BuzzFeed is in their ideas of Catholicism.  Anyway, enjoy!  The quiz is from BuzzFeed: 'How Catholic are you actually?'   "Do you practise what you preach" (seriously overused phrase.
